Zelestra is seeking a Project Developer – Environmental Specialist to secure environmental feasibility and permitting for renewable projects in Spain. You will drive EIA/DIA processes, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate with authorities to secure approvals. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in environmental permitting, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluency in Spanish and English. The role is full-time, hybrid, with remote work two days a week.
