Enrollment Senior Marketing Coordinator (maternity leave cover)
Under the general/functional supervision of the Director of Senior Director of Operations and External Affairs in Valencia and the Senior Director of Enrollment Marketing in Boston, the Senior Marketing Coordinator is a temporary full‑time position (6‑8 months) that carries out the daily operations of marketing content development and distribution.
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of the marketing and communication plans that help generate, nurture, accept, and yield applicants for all academic programs on the Valencia campus (graduate, undergraduate, and summer programs). The role focuses on paid social media, paid search, website content management, email marketing, and admissions communications support for existing and future programs, and generally manages marketing operations and reporting.
Primary Duties

Collaborate with the MarCom Director (Valencia), Senior Marketing Coordinator, and the Communications Department (Valencia) to execute marketing plans.
Manage the Berklee Valencia Enrollment marketing budget for Valencia campus programs.
Manage third‑party vendor relationships for paid search, advertising, and web for Berklee Valencia.
Analyze enrollment data, marketing automation statistics, database management, and other marketing data touchpoints.
Collaborate on internal and external marketing collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Represent Berklee Valencia in marketing meetings with Boston.

Recruitment Marketing

Develop and implement paid social media (Meta) and Google campaigns, in collaboration with the paid social lead and the Communications Department.

Tracking & Analytics

Maintain marketing analytics and tracking of Valencia initiatives in collaboration with the Enrollment Marketing Analytics team in Boston.
Provide marketing tracking reports (Tableau, Salesforce) to support data‑driven decisions aligned with enrollment goals.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Admissions Communications

Work closely with the marketing automation team to create email campaigns, engagement programs, and landing pages.
Create content and write emails for inquiries, applicants, and students across all program categories.
Ensure communications are delivered and received by each applicant.

Website Projects

Define and manage the campus web strategy and general maintenance of valencia.berklee.edu.
Lead the design and development process for new site sections, usability proposals, and back‑end improvement.
Manage content development and content management for all program content.
Coordinate content for homepage elements, highlights, news, events, and other website sections.
Collaborate with external providers on SEO and host‑provider relationships.
Assist in coordinating content managers for all program and non‑program content.
Create reports and analyze performance KPIs.

Project Management

Coordinate stakeholders (faculty, departments, colleagues) to see projects through to completion.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or enrollment marketing.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing deadlines.
Experience managing budgets and media agencies.
Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, paid media, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and content management systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Ideal Candidate

Strategic thinker and strong executor.
Can manage high‑level priorities with minimal oversight.
Experience in higher education or the creative industries preferred.
Strong command of both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
