Overview
We are a leading private educational group that offers online education in several areas, teaching over 35,000 new students a year. We currently operate in Spain, Portugal and Latin America. We are in the process of expanding our business to certain European markets, starting with the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, UK and Ireland. We are looking for an English and Spanish-speaking Enrollment Advisor representative to join our fast-moving and ambitious EUROPE team based in Madrid. You will be responsible for contacting and advising our European candidates, and will act as the first touchpoint with the school for many students. We rely on you to build our brand and reputation. We are looking for a confident, results-driven salesperson who will bring experience and enthusiasm to our team. You will enjoy being part of a friendly office environment, you will be trained and motivated to exceed your sales targets, and you will be part of the schools continuing success story.
Responsibilities
Make initial contact by phone and email with prospective students
Schedule one-on-one telephone interviews
Interact with customers in a professional manner, in line with brand values and principles
Consistently meet and exceed all team goals, targets, and sales objectives
Contribute to the development and training of the team
Report any equipment or processes changes needed to improve productivity and efficiency
Encourage potential students to enroll in our services and products
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish
Experience in sales
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Confident and professional manners
Customer focused, understanding candidate needs
Outgoing, ambitious, with a great interest in sales
Attention to detail and a positive attitude are key to success
Eager to learn and open to feedback
