Construction Project Manager Intern – Join Our Growing Team! &##Are you a qualified architect passionate about leading exciting renovation projects? Eager to gain hands-on experience in full-scale construction management? Landed is a real estate private equity scale-up based in Valencia and Amsterdam. We source, transform, and manage residential apartments, holiday rentals, and small hotels in the Valencian area, handling projects end-to-end with our own teams.
Project Planning: Develop detailed renovation plans, source materials, and coordinate specialists to ensure smooth progress.
&##Execution Oversight: Read and interpret construction plans, communicate them clearly to onsite teams, and ensure quality execution.
&##Project Delivery: Manage multiple construction teams, guiding them from plans to stunning finished projects.
Qualified architect with 1–3 years experience in architecture or similar role.
✅ Motivated to manage entire renovation projects from planning to execution.
✅ Fluent in English and Spanish.
✅ 18.00–€19.000 net/year (based on experience and hours).
✨ Performance bonus based on project success.
✨ 22 working days holiday (+ public holidays).
