Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; licensed engineer preferred. At least 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering supervision. Strong background in preventive maintenance systems, equipment troubleshooting, and project coordination. Proficient in reading technical manuals, reviewing maintenance records, and implementing safety protocols. Good leadership, planning, and communication skills with strong attention to operational efficiency and compliance.
