Job Description
We are looking for a Engineering Manager for the USA Business
Functions
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the engineering team, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performance work environment.
Project Management: Oversee engineering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements while serving as Project Engineer for key projects.
Technical Oversight: Review and validate technical solutions, guaranteeing compliance with standards and promoting best engineering practices.
Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure smooth project execution and alignment across departments.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy: Drive process optimization, implement new technologies or methodologies, and contribute to the strategic direction of the engineering department.
REQUIEREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience years: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the electrical or energy sector. Experience leading teams will be highly valued.
Technical Knowledge:
Medium voltage equipment (switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, etc.)
Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
Applicable technical standards and regulations
Risk management, budget control, and project scheduling tools
Skills:
Leadership and people management
Strong decision‑making capabilities
Customer and results orientation
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving
Clear and effective communication
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Languages: English (advance)
