We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.
You’ll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers, driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.
Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.
Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.
Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred). xsgfvud
Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines.
Passion for innovation, collaboration, and modern engineering practices.

Nice to Have

Agile or ITIL background
DevOps certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
