A leading global company based in Barcelona is seeking a Rewards Analyst to administer and execute regional compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
Responsibilities
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
Generate key reports for internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in Total Rewards roles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
