You will help accelerate commercial success by generating qualified opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the broader commercial organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business area, contribute to Arxada’s long‑term success, and be part of a team that values collaboration, grit, and the drive to go beyond expectations.## Essential Job Functions* Lead outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned EU territories.* Manage inbound leads, assess customer needs, and convert prospects into a strong sales pipeline.* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling.* Deliver high‑quality product presentations, demonstrations, and pricing proposals to prospective customers.* Collaborate with field sales on strategic accounts and manage smooth handovers for complex opportunities.* Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights.* Partner closely with marketing, customer service, product, and operations to maximize customer satisfaction and lead conversion.## Qualifications & Experience* 2–4+ years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, business development, or account management, ideally in B2B environments.* Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building capabilities.* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).* Fluency in English; additional EU languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch are an advantage.* Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.* Experience in technical, chemical, industrial, manufacturing, or SaaS sectors is a plus.Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high‑performance is an equal opportunity employer.
