Experteer Overview As Electronics Test Engineer, you drive the qualification of new technologies and design robust test systems to support scalable satellite production. You’ll work across domains to improve test capabilities, from EGSE to automation, ensuring high reliability and performance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable fast, quality AIT processes and hands-on testing of cutting-edge electronics. - Lead qualification campaigns for new technologies, managing timeline reviews and risk mitigation
- Design qualification plans for power, digital, and mixed-signal electronics against requirements
- Develop and document test procedures, results, and assembly guidelines for internal reviews
- Analyze test data, perform root-cause investigations, and present findings to stakeholders
- Provide actionable feedback to electronics designers to improve performance and manufacturability
- Design EGSE, data acquisition systems, and custom test hardware/software for scalable automation
- Build efficient test setups, jigs, and fixtures to support qualification and AIT
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing capabilities as production scalesResponsabilidades
- BSc/MSc in Electronic Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in electronics testing, test automation, or related fields
- Hands-on experience as electronics test or design engineer
- Experience developing automated tests and owning full test development lifecycle
- Experience designing test jigs, fixtures, and custom test setups
- Experience programming microcontrollers
- PCB design with Altium or similar EDA tool
- Familiarity with SPICE-based circuit simulation
- Experience using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VSAs, thermal chambers)
- Fundamental RF understanding
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Strong written and spoken English
