A specialist contractor in the data centre sector is seeking experienced Electricians for an on-site contract in Zaragoza, Spain. You’ll be working on critical electrical infrastructure including switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and circuit breakers.

Location: Zaragoza, Spain (on-site)
Start date: Mid-September 2026
Rate: Up to €50 per hour
Contract: Short-term contract (approx. 2 weeks initially) with potential to extend depending on project needs
Hours: 40 hours/week
Openings: 5
Key responsibilities
Install, maintain, and fault-find electrical systems in a data centre / industrial environment
Work on switchgear installation/maintenance and associated activities
Support UPS systems installation, troubleshooting, and testing
Diagnose and test generator systems and supporting electrical infrastructure
Work with circuit breakers and power distribution equipment
Assist with firmware upgrades where required (relevant electrical equipment)
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and the wider team to meet programme deadlines
Requirements
Approved Electrician certification (or equivalent recognised electrical qualification)
Strong industrial project experience (data centre experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with:
Switchgear
UPS systems
Generators
Circuit breakers
Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work to site documentation (RAMS / method statements)
Reliable, safety-first approach and good communication on a live site
Right to work (important)
