Job Description:
Se necesita un Operario Especialista en Cableado Aeroespacial con experiencia mínima de 2 años para la fabricación e integración de cableado para Satélites y Lanzadores.
TAREAS:
Montaje electico, integracion y mdificacion de sistemas electricos para producto espacial, lanzadores y/o satelites o instrumentos (enrutamiento de arneses, conexion electrica, ...)
Realizar pruebas eléctricas básicas (continuidad, union, aislamiento, ...)
Inspeccion de calidad de primer nivel
REQUISITOS:
Experiencia mínima de 2 años demostrables y recientes en fabricacion de cableado. Preferentemente para espacios bajo certificacion ESA (ECSS-Q-ST-70-26C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-08C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-18C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-38C)
Experiencia en soldadura SSMD y Through-Hole
Conocimiento y manejo de fabricacion de cableado de RF y fibra optica
Nociones básicas de montaje de estructuras aeroespaciales
Manejo de herramientas específicas del área (crimpadoras, soldadores, ...)
Interpretación de documentacion
Mejora continua profesional individual
Valorable experiencia bajo certificacion IPC/WHMA-A-620 o MIL-Spec de fabricación de cableado

We are looking for an Aerospace Wiring Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing and integration of wiring systems for Satellites and Launchers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electrical Assembly & Integration: Assembly, integration, and modification of electrical systems for space products, launchers, satellites, and/or instruments (harness routing, electrical connections, etc.).
Electrical Testing: Performing basic electrical tests including continuity, bonding, and insulation.
Quality Control: Conducting first-level quality inspections.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable and recent experience in harness manufacturing.
Certifications: Preferably experienced in space standards under ESA certification (ECSS-Q-ST-70-26C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-08C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-18C / ECSS-Q-ST-70-38C).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMD (Surface Mount Device) and Through-Hole soldering.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in RF cabling and fiber optics manufacturing.
Basic understanding of aerospace structure assembly.
Tools: Expert handling of specific industry tools (crimpers, soldering irons, etc.).
Documentation: Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
Mindset: Committed to individual professional continuous improvement.
VALUED ASSETS:
