Are you an accounting professional (ideally with experience in a Big 4 or similar firm) looking to broaden your impact by shaping how we win and deliver accounting services to global clients? Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team and help shape how we deliver our global solutions to multinational clients. About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior professional who is interested in finance, accounting, and project coordination. This role is a great opportunity to learn how global professional services engagements are delivered, working closely with experienced team members in an international environment. Your Mission You’ll support the onboarding and delivery of global GCR engagements by assisting with proposal coordination, transition activities, and basic performance tracking. With guidance from senior colleagues, you’ll help ensure smooth collaboration across countries and service lines while developing your technical and project management skills. Your Activities Support the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and RFPs for multinational clients Help coordinate input from local country teams and technical experts Assist in preparing clear and well-structured materials for client-facing proposals and internal presentations Support the transition of accounting and compliance services, including client handover activities and early delivery phases Help track delivery KPIs and performance data, flagging issues and improvement opportunities to the team Your Profile Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance, or an administrative/project support role (internships count) Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes; willingness to learn iskey Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented, curious, and eager to develop in a fast-paced, international environment Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus Nice to Have (but not required) ➕ Internship or entry-level experience in professional services or finance ➕ Exposure to international or cross-border projects ➕ Interest in client onboarding, proposals, or project coordination What do we offer: Permanent full-time contract Hybrid working model Flexible compensation plan (restaurants, transportation, nursery) Health & life insurance International and young environment Fruit, coffee and snack always available at our office Inclusion and Diversity: At Forvis Mazars we are committed to guaranteeing that in our recruitment processes no person will be discriminated against for reasons of gender, age, ethnicity or nationality, religious convictions, or sexual orientation.
