**SCIB – EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS** is looking for an **ECM Junior Associate** based out of **Madrid.*** Conduct in-depth market analysis, including sector performance, valuation trends and window assessment* Contribute to equity story positioning and investor targeting strategy* Participate in pilot fishing, wall-crossing processes and investor education* Work closely with Equity Syndicate and Equity Sales to assess demand, orderbook dynamics and pricing considerations* Develop a strong understanding of investor behavior and bookbuilding mechanics* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking (Corporate finance preferred)* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets or M&A.* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Equity Research, Asset Management or related capital markets roles* Demonstrated involvement in live equity or equity-linked transactions* Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities* Deep understanding of equity markets and transaction mechanics* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills* Proficiency in Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Dealogic and broker research* Strong interest in capital markets and equity products* Technical & Analytical skills.* Execution & Project Management* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams* Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence* Proven ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines* Strong team-oriented mindset* High intellectual curiosity and commercial mindset* Proactive, accountable and solutions-oriented* Comfortable operating in high-visibility, time-sensitive situations* Sound judgment on market timing and transaction positioningWe know **family is everything**.
