About The Job
As part of the Western Europe eCommerce team, you will support the growth of key online customers, including Amazon and emerging pure‑play retailers, while helping deliver best‑in‑class promotional execution. You will combine commercial, analytical, and operational skills to improve performance, optimize customer partnerships, and enhance the experience consumers have with our brands online.
Main Responsibilities
Support the management of strategic e‑commerce customers, helping deliver commercial plans, promotional activities, and performance objectives across key online retail partners.
Monitor sales, availability, pricing, profitability, and shopper performance metrics, identifying opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders to improve results.
Manage a portfolio of online retail accounts, coordinating commercial activities, tracking performance, and building strong customer relationships to support channel growth.
Lead the execution of major e‑commerce promotional events, ensuring high‑quality activation across pricing, promotions, content, and digital visibility.
Analyze event and account performance, translating insights into recommendations that improve return on investment, commercial effectiveness, and shopper experience.
Partner with Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth, Digital, and eCommerce teams to ensure aligned planning, forecasting, and execution.
Share best practices, market insights, and consumer trends to support continuous improvement and strengthen e‑commerce capabilities across the organization.
About You
Experience managing or supporting online retail, marketplace, e‑commerce, digital commerce, or customer accounts in a consumer‑focused industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data, identify trends, and turn insights into actions.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate projects and deliver against deadlines.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a customer‑ and consumer‑focused mindset.
Experience using e‑commerce platforms, digital analytics, or retailer tools is an advantage.
Fluent English required; additional European languages are beneficial.
