Job description. Daily Tasks The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is primarily focused on providing a highly customized and personalized experience for Zahoree Client’s end customers. Profile and Knowledge This service includes technology onboarding/walkthrough products, software, and hardware configuration, Internet-of-Things (IoT) setup, and troubleshooting, among other services. Their duties may include handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, acknowledging customers’ needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their challenges. Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email, in the appropriate client database. Support Channels The support can be performed via different channels: Phone, email, chat, etc. Attend technical and soft skills training sessions. The CSS is expected to provide the Zahoree Customer Experience journey support to our customers (Training is provided). Requirements Minimum 1-year experience in customer service/support is an advantage. Fluent in Norwegian/German written and spoken. Additional languages is a plus. Needs to understand English as it's the internal company language. Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy on all required channels. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Must be patient and flexible and have the ability to quickly analyze a problem, develop and implement, and educate a solution. Computer-literate. The ability to stay calm when working under pressure. Key Performance Indicators Customer satisfaction (CSAT Score). Productivity / calls/chat sessions per hour. Average Call Abandonment Rate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
