Key Responsibilities Provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients Assist with onboarding, configuration, and product activation Educate customers on cloud tools, features, and best practices Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams as needed Understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades Maintain detailed CRM records and customer documentation Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption Stay informed on product updates and industry trends Requirements Native/fluent Dutch (C1+) Fluent English (B2+) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in technology and cloud solutions Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory) What We Offer On-site role — Málaga or Valencia office Full-time: 39 hours/week Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 Training and continuous learning in cloud platforms and digital tools International and innovative working environment Career development opportunities in the tech industry Start date: ASAP Location Málaga or Valencia, Spain — On-site
