Do you want to build your career at a Norwegian-founded company with its heart in one of Europe's most exciting cities — Málaga, the sun-soaked capital of the Costa del Sol? If so, we want to hear from you. Our client is a company with Norwegian roots and their headquarters right here in Málaga. They are proud of where they come from and even prouder of what they have built in southern Spain. Their Customer Experience team is growing, and they are looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join them — someone who shares their values of honesty, warmth, and doing right by the customer. About the Role As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for dutch-speaking customers, helping them get the most out of our client's products and services. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat — always with professionalism and genuine care. The role is based at their Málaga headquarters, with a hybrid working arrangement available once your initial onboarding period is complete. This is not a call centre where you read from a script. Our client is a Nordic-founded company, and that means a flat structure, a culture of trust, and real ownership over your work. Your Responsibilities Deliver expert, friendly support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat Troubleshoot product and service issues, guiding customers clearly and patiently to a resolution Handle enquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and account management Represent the company's values in every customer interaction — warm, honest, and solutions-focused Collaborate with an international team, sharing knowledge and flagging recurring issues Meet quality, satisfaction, and response-time targets consistently What We Are Looking For Must have: Native or near-native Dutch, both written and spoken — this is essential Good English for internal communication with the wider team Genuine empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving instincts Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced, multicultural environment What We Offer Full-time permanent contract from day one Headquarters in Málaga — one of Europe's fastest-growing and most liveable cities A company with Norwegian DNA: flat hierarchy, open communication, and a culture built on trust Comprehensive paid training — no prior tech experience required Real career development with progression into senior, team lead, or quality roles An international team with colleagues from across Europe Life on the Costa del Sol — 300+ days of sunshine, great food, easy access home, and a city that genuinely delivers on work-life balance Why Málaga, and Why Our Client? Most international companies plant a flag in Spain and import a corporate culture that has nothing to do with the place. Our client did it differently. Founded in Norway and built in Málaga, they have created something that combines Scandinavian work values — transparency, autonomy, respect — with the energy and warmth of Andalusia. Their team is international but their identity is clear, and their headquarters in Málaga is where it all comes together. Málaga is just three hours from Oslo by air, one of the top expat cities in Europe, and home to a booming tech and business community. It is affordable, beautiful, well connected, and genuinely fun to live in. Apply Now If you are a Norwegian speaker ready to join a company that shares your roots while offering an incredible base in southern Spain, we would love to hear from you.
