Acting as the central interface between our Destination Management Companies and external system providers, you help resolve issues quickly and continuously improve our operational technology landscape.LocationThis role can be based inany European, Mediterranean or North African destination where a DERTOUR DMC operates(for example Palma de Mallorca, Antalya, Iraklion, Tunis or Hurghada), with alignment to European working hours.Your MissionProvide application support for operational travel systems used by our DMC agenciesAnalyse and troubleshoot system or process issuesAct as key liaison between DMC agencies and third-party system providersManage ticket communication and escalation processesSupport system functionality, configuration and data qualityIdentify recurring issues and drive process or system improvementsSupport system trainings together with internal teams and external partnersContribute to international projects across the DMC networkYour ProfileExperience in thetourism or travel industryUnderstanding ofDMC operations or travel system environmentsis a strong advantageBackground inapplication support, system support or technical customer supportStrong xcskxlj analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritise and work in dynamic operational environmentsExcellent communication and coordination skillsFluent English ; additional European languages are a plusComfortable working in international and multicultural teamsWhy join DERTOUR DMCs?Work in a trulyglobal travel organisationCollaborate with teams across30+ destinations worldwideHelp keep the systems running behindmillions of travel experiences every yearBe part of an international network connectingdestinations, technology and people#J-18808-Ljbffr
