Overview
In this Digital Strategy role, you help shape innovative AI, data and cloud-enabled initiatives for clients, working within our growing consulting unit. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable digital transformations and ensure adoption from ideation to delivery. You gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and data strategies while contributing to the growth of our advisory practice. ResponsabilidadesDeliver digital transformation projects with the Digital Strategy Team and ensure measurable client impactConduct business and technical analysis to define requirements and uncover opportunitiesBridge strategy and execution by coordinating with technical teams to integrate AI, data, and cloud solutionsTrack project progress with KPIs and align outcomes with client goalsDemonstrate ownership with initiative, autonomy, and proactive problem-solvingEngage stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet business objectivesLeverage AI technologies and data/cloud infrastructure to support strategy initiativesContribute to software development projects ensuring alignment with business use casesSupport design and deployment of AI-driven solutions, data analytics frameworks, and automation strategiesCollaborate with engineers, product teams, and business units to drive adoption of new techSupport lifecycle innovation projects from ideation to implementation and adoptionDevelop business cases, presentations, and reports to support decision-makingIdentify market trends and emerging technologies to enhance transformation efforts
Requisitos principales2+ years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, or technology-driven project executionHands-on experience in software development, digital transformation, or AI/data initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive actionable insightsFamiliarity with AI use cases, data infrastructure, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business valueEntrepreneurial mindset with proactive approach to challenges and digital innovationFluent in English; Spanish is a plusanalytical thinkingproblem-solvingclear communicationAI technologiesdata infrastructurecloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
