We are looking for a Digital Designer (UX/UI) (m / f / d) to join our Design & Customer Experience team and create experiences that make technology more human. Design complete experiences – craft journeys across products and platforms, balancing user needs, business goals and technical realities. Your Skills Every designer at Telekom brings a unique mix of perspectives and passions that we amplify together as a team. Evidence-based design – work from insight and data to guide decisions and measure impact. UI design craft – design high-quality, visually refined user interfaces, with attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing and interaction details. Prototyping & experimentation – quickly show how experiences work and feel with tools like Figma, Lovable.ai or code-based setups. Design systems & scalability – build consistency through evolving components and shared standards. Holistic design & storytelling – create journeys and details that feel intuitive and human. Accessibility & inclusion – design for everyone, integrating accessibility from the start. Future Design – shape how design evolves with AI and emerging technologies, always ethically and sustainably. Your Profile Degree in Design or a related field, with proven experience in digital design. Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus. A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking, including experimentation, prototyping and decision-making. Resilient, adaptable and collaborative, you keep learning and help others grow.
