Web Analytics Specialist Madrid (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) Permanent €44,000La información a continuación detalla los requisitos del puesto, la experiencia esperada del candidato y las cualificaciones correspondientes.- €50,000 p/a Get the tracking right.Keep the data clean.Make measurement mean something.This isn't a reporting role.It's not a dashboard tidy-up job.And it's definitely not "drop a tag and hope for the best".This is a hands-on digital analytics role for someone who wants to be close to the full tracking lifecycle- from gathering requirements and designing measurement approaches, through to implementation, governance, and troubleshooting across multiple brands and platforms.You'll be a trusted technical resource for Marketing and Commercial teams.The person who translates business questions into tracking specifications, and makes sure the data actually reflects what's happening on site.What you'll actually be doing You'll work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to understand what needs measuring- campaigns, customer journeys, conversion funnels, digital experiences and turn those requirements into clear tracking specs and implementation plans.You'll be hands-on with tag management, owning implementations in GTM and Matomo Tag Manager, keeping tags governed, consent-compliant, and audit-ready.When something doesn't fire right, you'll be the one to find out why.You'll configure and maintain Matomo- building custom events, funnels, KPIs, and cross-site measurement frameworks and collaborate with BI teams to make sure data flows cleanly downstream into Trino/Iceberg and reporting platforms. xcskxlj You'll also support affiliate tracking, marketing pixels, attribution setups, and A/B testing integrations, and work with Engineering during CMS or infrastructure changes to make sure nothing gets lost in the process.What you'll need Experience with Google Tag Manager and digital tracking implementations Hands-on experience with Matomo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or a similar platform Solid understanding of tagging, attribution, campaign measurement, and customer journey tracking Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into tracking specifications Familiarity with HTML, Java Script, and browser developer tools for debugging Confidence explaining technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders If this sounds like the kind of challenge you'd actually enjoy, apply with your CV.If you have any questions please contact Adam on
