OverviewDevOps Engineer (Cloud & Automation) – We are hiring! Econocom is a global leader in digital transformation. This position is part of Econocom Digital, the group’s digital transformation and innovation unit. This role focuses on building and deploying cloud services for a leading fast‑food chain with an eCommerce platform that serves millions of users per month.The ideal candidate will help our client advance through omnichannel solutions, marketing technology, loyalty programs, and digital activation.ResponsibilitiesWork with development and infrastructure teams on the construction, deployment, and monitoring of critical cloud services.Deploy services on AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Auto Scaling, Route 53, CloudFront).Administer AWS Linux and Ubuntu systems.Implement CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, BitBucket, and GitHub.Design and deploy infrastructure as code with Terraform and AWS CDK.Manage Git flow and code reviews.Participate in a paid on‑call rotation for service monitoring and incident response.QualificationsSolid foundation in cloud and programming, oriented to automation and secure deployment.Experience with AWS infrastructure services.Hands‑on CI/CD experience.Proficient in Python.Good teamwork, communication, and proactive attitude.Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner is a plus.Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.Familiarity with DevSecOps principles.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.Familiarity with Datadog, Mongo Atlas, and Cloudflare is a plus.Interest or experience in AI technologies is a plus.What we offerModern tech stack: AWS, Terraform, AWS CDK, CircleCI, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, TypeScript, Node.js, monitoring, CDN, advanced cloud services.Family‑friendly workplace with training and entrepreneurial support.Flexibility for remote work every day and co‑working office space.Flexible working hours (8‑9am start, 5‑6:30pm finish, with early finish on Fridays).Paid training and professional development.Medical insurance after two years of employment.Other benefits: restaurant voucher, child care, transportation assistance.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
