We're on the hunt for a Design System Designer to join our awesome team at Gammaux! If you’re someone who geeks out over component libraries, loves crafting clear documentation, and believes that a well-structured design system is the foundation of great user experiences, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Spearheading the development and maintenance of our comprehensive design system.
Collaborating with product, engineering, and UX teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Applying the principles of atomic design to create a robust and modular system.
Documenting guidelines, best practices, and component usage for easy adoption.
Conducting audits and research to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the design system.
Championing design system adoption and best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience designing and managing design systems.
Proven expertise in atomic design principles and their practical application.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design system work, ideally with examples from complex environments.
Experience working within or for the banking/financial services industry.
Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience with design tokens and their implementation.
A proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand implementation constraints.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience working in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
