Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate and execute integration testing activities for avionics and mission systems within a multidisciplinary environment. You will support flight and ground tests across programs like A330 MRTT, A400M, C295, and Eurofighter, ensuring V&V alignment with milestones. You will analyze data, optimize test methods, and prepare certification-related documentation in collaboration with certification authorities. Your work will shape test strategy, tooling, and process improvements to maintain safety and compliance while delivering reliable test evidence.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Elaborate test planning and optimize V&V strategy aligned with program milestones
- Assist Flight Test Engineers in preparing flight test orders and monitor telemetry for safety
- Define data reduction needs, optimize analysis, and validate aircraft limits and test results
- Write certification/qualification test plans, cards, and reports for official meetings with authorities
- Interface with Design Offices, Chief Engineering, and Test Integrators on system architecture and avionics integration
- Author and analyze technical snags and PRs, justifying closures or design changesResponsabilidades
- Education: Aeronautical, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
- Experience: at least 5 years in Integration Testing of Avionics, Mission, or MIDS/Datalinks Systems
- Technical knowledge: strong expertise in Test Support Systems and knowledge of integration routes and tests
- Soft skills: proactive process improvement mindset, strong time-management, negotiation abilities
- Languages: Advanced/Technical level in English and Spanish
- Travel: availability to work at Seville, Manching, or Air Force Bases; NATO Secret clearance eligibility
