We are looking for a Demand Management Lead. The position ensures that initiatives align with the organization’s standard technology stack and predefined integrations. It drives governance and process standardization across the Atlassian suite and spearheads the industrialization of these integrations with internal and external enterprise platforms. The role is accountable for successful delivery by leading methodology, governance, and coordinating efforts across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Validate that all initiatives comply with the organization’s standard technology stack and predefined integrations.
Implement and enforce governance frameworks across IT delivery.
Standardize processes within the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Spearhead the automation and scaling of integrations with internal and external enterprise platforms.
Collaborate with architecture and innovation teams to ensure seamless connectivity.
Lead project methodology and governance practices.
Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Your profile
PMO & Demand Management: 5+ years in IT project portfolio governance and demand intake processes.
Atlassian Suite Expertise: Hands‑on experience configuring and managing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence for project and demand management.
Governance & Methodology: Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMI, Prince2) and Agile models (Scrum, Kanban).
Integration Awareness: Basic understanding of enterprise integration patterns; ability to coordinate with technical teams for successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills; experience managing committees and reporting to executives.
Soft Skills: High autonomy, proactivity, organizational skills, teamwork, and resilience; ability to manage cultural change and stakeholder engagement.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
