The role involves leading business requirements engineering and aligning SAP BW, SAP BDC, Power BI, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) into a unified and scalable analytics landscape.The service includes concept and implementation phases across ESG reporting, master data quality dashboards, and semantic analytics layers.Key Responsibilities:Define the reporting target architecture across SAP BW, SAP BDC, Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks.Establish and manage a business requirements framework for new analytics use cases.Drive multi-stakeholder alignment between business and IT.Design and implement ESG reporting structures and data quality dashboards.Define reporting acceptance criteria and scoring models.Integrate master data logic into the analytics reporting concept.Deploy Power BI data models and semantic layers during implementation.Lead SAP BW / BW4HANA modeling enhancements.Oversee data provisioning flows into Snowflake and Databricks.Coordinate release management and support adoption across target user groups.Translate architectural decisions into clear business value narratives.Qualifications Required:Proven experience in SAP BW / BW4HANA data modeling.Power BI semantic modeling and governance.SAP BDC integration experience for analytics/reporting.Analytics architecture design on Snowflake and Databricks.Ability to conceptualize data lineage in a tool-agnostic manner.Understanding of ESG reporting structures.AWS concepts: data provisioning, compute orchestration.Azure concepts: pipelines, semantic access tooling. xcskxlj Strong background in requirements engineering and business-facing delivery.Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments (business + IT).Must Have:SAP BW / BW4HANAPower BI (semantic modeling)Nice to Have:SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)Snowflake / Databricks analytics integrationGoogle Cloud / Gemini for augmented analyticsESG reporting frameworks
