**Job Profile Summary****Purpose**This role will drive data centricity in M&C Europe - managing and facilitating use case development, governing the global prioritization of use cases and supporting data partnership options. You will establish operational excellence in data to support insights generation and efficient automation. This includes safeguarding enterprise data quality. You will adapt centrally delivered policies and standards to the M&C business, defining business principles for data, ensuring issues are captured, and overseeing remediation activities.- You will drive the M&C Europe data strategy and execution of the C&P-wide Data Strategy including use case prioritization and business data governance. You will be a data innovator with the capability to deliver value by translating available datasets into use cases. The role sits on the VP Marketing’s leadership team as the business authority on data.- You will develop a comprehensive and documented understanding of the business’ key data sources, data processes and flows in order to institutionalize understanding of the businesses’ information assets. You will work closely with leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets, respond to regulatory requirements, and support strategic business requirements.**Job Advert****Accountabilities**- Driver of the M&C Europe data strategy in line with the C&P Data Strategy to unlock the vision of a data-driven marketing organization. This includes data governance, value realisation, data utilization and data-driven decision making- Lead all aspects of business data programs, from initial concept and MVP through to implementation, working with M&C Europe and broader bp teams- Develop robust data foundation to enable and measure personalised marketing- Own and develop data governance and data quality framework including definitions, metrics and reporting- Manage Consumer data self-serve as a service approach, from data access to training to support- Provide mentorship in defining data requirements for new business initiatives- Ensure integrity, confidentiality and security of datasets- Ensure management of risks, financial controls, resource planning and use case delivery- Produce coordinated data quality dashboards and reports**Education**- Bachelor’s degree; Masters or MBA preferred**Experience**- Experience across commercial management, marketing, and monetising data- Extensive experience in designing, implementing data products- Understanding of M&C Europe business and its unique data challenges**Skills & Competencies**- Expert in translating strategy into clear roadmap of business activities with related financial value- Strong influencing and team building skills- Knowledge of digital attribution and measurement tools- Knowledge of cross country, data integration challenges- Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of information assets- Effective consulting skills including communication and culture change- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations- Outstanding communication and presentation skills- Outstanding project management skills with focus on delivery across markets- Understanding of Ad-Tech / Mar-Tech ecosystem**Entity**- Customers & Products**Job Family Group**- Marketing Group**Relocation available**- No**Travel required**- Yes - up to 25%**Country**- Spain, United Kingdom**About BP****CUSTOMER AND PRODUCTS**We’re gearing up for the future.
