Experteer Overview
As CX Training Lead, you will shape and coordinate training across front and back office functions in our hybrid Barcelona delivery centers. You’ll ensure high training quality, lead trainer certification, and drive improvement through knowledge tests and content updates. You will design and maintain technical training content, roadmaps, and keep pace with product, pricing, and procedures. You’ll work closely with quality and operations to elevate agent capabilities and the overall CX standard. This role offers impact on a global travel platform with AI-enabled, cross-functional training initiatives.

• Assess training needs across front office, back office, online, and offline functions
• Oversee training operations for assigned delivery centers
• Conduct onsite visits to certify trainers and co-facilitate sessions
• Facilitate workshops and development sessions
• Conduct regular knowledge tests, analyze results, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with quality and operations on training needs
• Design, deliver and evaluate technical skills training
• Create, manage, and maintain technical training content

Responsabilidades
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong training content design ability
• Knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo (valued)
• Deep understanding of training processes and methodologies
• Robust expertise in Instructional design for instructor-led and self-paced eLearning
• Experience with practical AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) to streamline training and productivity
• Self-motivated with proactive attitude
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional teams
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
