Customer Support Agent — Italian Market Location: On‑site at SumUp’s Barcelona HQ, Catalonia, Spain. Company: SumUp – a global fintech company empowering small businesses. As part of the international Customer Support Team, you’ll be the voice for our Italian‑speaking merchants, helping entrepreneurs solve problems, grow their businesses, and make their day a little easier. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for Italian merchants, offering empathyoment, patience, and a problem‑solving mindset. Manage, prioritise, and resolve customer requests efficiently through calls, emails, and chats. Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience across topics such as Banking, Invoicing, CNP, and more. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions and continuous process improvement. Continuously learn about SumUp products and services to provide accurate, up‑to‑date support. You’ll Thrive FLEXIF in This Role If You Are… Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or above) – communication is your superpower. Passionate about helping people and solving problems.
