We are supporting the first insurtech specialized in cyber riskToday, we’re helping them strengthen their team ofCustomer Success Managers specialized in cybersecurity.If you’re both customer-oriented, comfortable with technical tools, and enjoy building long-term relationships with users, this role is for you! If you're a PM, a Sales, a CSM, or you're doing a job where you have to keep your clients happy and use upsell.. please reach out !You’ll play a key role in theonboarding and ongoing supportof users of our cybersecurity solutions, mainly acrossEuropean markets. You’ll also be responsible forfeeding user feedback back to the Product teamsand contributing to thelaunch of new features.
The role also includes a strongcross-sell component, with incentives tied to product sales.Your missions1. Customer onboarding & support
Manage the onboarding of new clients, through either individual or group sessions depending on client size.
Design and continuously improve CSM processes to streamline the customer experience and maximize adoption of cyber tools.
Provide actionable insights to the Product team to help improve the solution.
Handle a high volume of client interactions and optimize follow-up via the ticketing system.2. Cross-sell
Act as a bridge between clients and the Cyber Sales team to promote the different products.
Identify upsell opportunities during onboarding sessions and coordinate closely with the sales team.3. Internal coordination
Develop a deep understanding of internal structure and processes to collaborate effectively with Cyber, Tech, Product, and Marketing teams.
Ensure client needs are addressed quickly and efficiently.This role is for you if:
You arenative German speaking
You have proven experience in a complex product or SaaS. Cybersecurity is a BIG plus ! Or an initial academic background in this field.
You have excellent communication, presentation, and customer-relationship skills.
You are analytical, process-driven, and highly execution-oriented.
You enjoy the commercial side of the role and promoting additional services.
You have professional-level English (written and spoken).
The position is based in Paris or fully remote from France, Belgium, Netherlands or Spain.What’s cool:
