If youre looking to join an international company where innovation and customer experience go hand in hand this is your opportunity!We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an exciting automotive project in Barcelona, supporting customers across Denmark and international markets.What will you do?As part of a dynamic and multicultural team, you will:- Manage incoming contacts (phone calls, emails, letters) from customers in a professional and timely manner.- Provide information about the product portfolio, including vehicles, motorbikes and power equipment.- Support customers with import/export procedures and general inquiries.- Deliver first-level technical support and assistance with IoT technologies, apps and connected services.- Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.- Document and update customer cases in internal systems.You bring the motivation we provide the training! Requisitos mínimos
C2 level of Danish (native/bilingual).
Fluent level of English (training and internal communication in English).
Previous customer service experience is valued but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and empathy when handling customer queries.
Tech-savvy profile with analytical thinking.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and team spirit.
Availability to work on-site/remotely from Barcelona (BCN).
