About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same Join our close-knit and high-performing Customer Service team in Madrid where collaboration agility and a touch of verbal wit are part of the daily rhythm.
As a Customer Service Agent youll play a key role in supporting our Iberia operations ensuring smooth order processing resolving customer inquiries and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Youll be joining a team that values personality adaptability and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders via ERP and CRM systems with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to inquiries regarding products pricing availability and order status
Provide real-time updates and resolve delivery issues
Handle complaints and escalte when necessary
Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Support product launches promotions and sales initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver fast customer-facing solutions
Analyze feedback and contribute to service improvements
Participate in cross-training and capability building within the team
What Were Looking For
13 years of experience in Customer Service
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High adaptability and learning agility
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
Experience in B2B Order-to-Cash or logistics
Background in environments like Teleperformance or Concentrix
Familiarity with stakeholder management
Based in Madrid
