Workster is collaborating with a leading company to hire German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for their growing team in Malaga - this includes a relocation package if you do not live there currently.This is a full-time role, where you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.
Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.ExcellentGerman skills (C1 minimum) with good command ofEnglish.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.Relocation package if you are not in Malaga already
