Location: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-siteSchedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday (24/7 operations)Salary: Competitive salary package
Your Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English via multiple communication channels.
Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards.
Requirements
Arabic: Native/C2 proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred).
English: B2/C1 proficiency or higher.
Experience in Paid Campaign Management is required.
Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
