You will act as a key interface between Lear and our customers, ensuring all quality standards are met and exceeding customer expectations. Support daily quality operations and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as main quality representative for customer-related issues and inquiriesSupport manufacturing and supplier teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirementsLead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions using industry-standard tools (8D, Ishikawa, etc.)Participate in internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on any non-conformitiesManage quality documentation in accordance with APQP/PPAP processesCollaborate cross-functionally to monitor and improve quality KPIsSupport new product launches and engineering changes from a quality perspectiveWhat We’re Looking ForUniversity degree xcskxlj in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industryStrong knowledge of quality systems and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work well under pressureFluency in English; Spanish or Catalan is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
