Read on.We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will be responsible for B2Bcustomers operations and reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager.Responsibilities.● Responsible for manage accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, etc..● Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.● Responsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences.● Orders management, VAS and special requirements.● Logistics, deliveries follow up, shipments, customs, etc..● Credit Management, payments, bank reconciliation, etc..Required.● Degree in business administration or economics.● Desirable residence location: Mallorca.● Experience: Desirable to have 2-4 years of working experience for a multinational or international brand in a similar position.● Excellent analytical skills, Service orientated and must work well in a team environment. Passionate to apply technology to the customer operations processes.● Energetic and open mind to proactively identify and propose improvement initiatives.● IT skills: Proficiency with Office software specially with Excel and knowledge of SAP will be a plus.● Excellent communication skills: ability to transmit clear instructions, strategy, and direction both speaking and writing.● Good level of Spanish and English.
