Job Overview
Iberia Versicherungsmakler is expanding its reach and seeks an active, dedicated Customer Advisor to join our team at locations in Maioris Décima or Campos. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and wants to build a long‑term career on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
Responsibilities
Providing high‑quality support and advice to our international clients.
Supporting the strategic expansion of new business sectors.
Working closely with the team on exciting digitalisation projects.
Organising and coordinating various customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
Actively contributing ideas to shape and optimise our internal workflows and processes.
Qualifications
Native‑level German language skills are essential.
Very good command of Spanish to communicate effectively.
Good written and spoken English skills to assist our international clientele.
A natural joy in interacting and communicating with people.
A strong interest in digitalisation, sustainable solutions, and modern business models.
An independent, highly structured, and proactive way of working.
Team spirit, reliability, and a high level of self‑motivation.
