Role: Customer Success Manager - Spanish Speaking
Location: Remote - trip to Paris office once every other month.

We're working with a market-leading SaaS organization empowers marketing professionals to enhance their brand communication strategies. As a Customer Success Manager you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
~ Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
~ Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus.
~ A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
