Experteer Overview As a CRM Technical Expert, you design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. You will craft and optimize email, SMS, web push, and app notifications, leveraging SQL-based segmentation and HTML/CSS email templates. You’ll support data processes and audience-driven testing while collaborating with the marketing team to shape promotional campaigns. This role blends technical execution with strategic CRM insights to maximize results for a leading omnichannel operator.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design, implement, and optimize automated email campaigns with SQL-driven segmentation
- Create and tune newsletters and templates using HTML/CSS for responsive delivery
- Develop and maintain automated data loading and synchronization workflows
- Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns; build customer journeys; define audiences; run A/B tests
- Monitor performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize CRM campaigns
- Contribute to defining promotional offers and campaigns and communicate them via CRM channelsResponsabilidades
- At least 5 years’ experience managing CRM online
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Selligent, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation to support strategy and ideas
- Experience managing large databases, data organization, segmentation, data quality control
- Proficiency with Excel and internal tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
