Are you a crewing professional looking for your next big step? I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established shipowner for a Crew Manager to join their Madrid office. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong crewing experience—ideally in LNG or tanker operations—who is ready to lead and improve processes in a growing, international setup. What You’ll Be Doing : Take full responsibility for the crewing of top officers for LNG vessels under the Spanish flag. Collaborate with offices in France and Norway, supporting crewing across a broader fleet. Lead the reorganisation and optimisation of the crew department in Madrid. Oversee recruitment, planning, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. What We’re Looking For : Experience in crewing within the shipping industry—LNG or tankers preferred. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus). Willingness to travel to Norway a few times per year. Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
