We’re looking for atalented Creative Marketing Managerto join a team, who is working with physical direction.ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in shaping and executingcreative strategyfor paid acquisition acrossMetaand emerging channels.Develophypothesis-driven creative conceptsbased on performance data, audience research, and competitive analysis.Write clear, conversion-oriented briefs for video and static ads, including messaging angles, hooks, visual direction, and references.Analyzecreative performance datato extract actionable insights for growth strategy.Identify patterns inwinning creatives(hooks, structures, angles, positioning) and translate them into scalable testing frameworks.Research and deconstruct high-performing creatives from both DTC physical brands and leading digital products to strengthen our approach.Collaborate with the Marketing Designteam to optimize iteration speed and production quality.Studyaudience behaviorand turn insights into precise, high-impact messaging.Monitor trends within theHealth & Wellnesscategory and identify opportunities for differentiation.QualificationsYou’re a great fit if you:Have 2+ years ofexperience in a similar role : successfully scaling creative production, launching new formats, and improving efficiency.Possess a deep understanding of creative production management principles: concepts vs. variations, formats, and the key levers that drive their success.Are confident in your knowledge ofFacebookoperations.Have English skills at B2+ level.Are an AI adaptor: enjoy working with AI and actively use it to enhance your performance.What you’ll getCompetitive compensationOpportunity to work remotelyFullownership of your performance areaand a say in growth strategySupport from an experienced team withmultiple successful exitsAccess tointernal communitiesin marketing, product, and paymentsAmeaningful mission— Leaply is about helping people live better lives, every dayLeaply is backed bySKELAR , a venture builder with over 10 successful B2C businesses in its portfolio.
