Country Visual Manager - Spain and Portugal

Role Overview
The Country VM Manager ensures that the visual strategy is consistent and effective at all points of sale in the country. He or she is responsible for highlighting products in line with sales targets and brand identity.
Responsibilities
Shop presentation and compliance with VM rules:
Ensuring an attractive visual presentation in line with Group guidelines. Ensuring that VM standards are applied consistently throughout the country.
Adapting central directives to the realities on the ground, while respecting the brand's DNA. This includes feeding into Monday trade calls and aligning strategies.
Roll-out of commercial operations:
Supervising the visual implementation of promotional campaigns and sales highlights.
Working with the marketing and retail teams to maximise the impact of in-store initiatives.
Analysing feedback from the field and suggesting areas for improvement.
Team management and development:
Manage, coordinate and motivate the VM team.
Identifying skills needs, organising training programmes and ensuring staff development.
Create a team dynamic focused on performance and innovation.
Visits and management relations:
Work closely with the Country Sales manager to ensure strategies are aligned.
Preparing and accompanying senior management visits to shops. Highlighting VM best practices and ensuring optimum presentation of spaces.
Analysis and reporting:
Monitor VM KPIs, draw up regular reports and share strategic recommendations.
Use data to steer business and support VM actions.
Project and change management:
Participating in cross-functional projects (new concepts, openings, redesigns, etc.). Assisting teams with changes to tools, concepts or processes.
HR, administrative and budgetary management:
Manage the VM budget (travel, equipment, tools, etc.).
Participating in recruitment, induction and annual performance reviews for the team. Ensures compliance with internal procedures.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of experience in a equivalent role.
Availability to live in Madrid.
Availability to travel.
