Contract Management Specialist Recruiting for Accenture España – a global technology and data transformation leader. Join our Legal and Commercial Services team to deliver high‑quality contract advice to clients across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support contract management teams across projects and accounts; work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs, priorities, account strategy, and objectives. Work with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies. Identify, escalated, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues with CM and project leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties. Support pre‑award sales activities; engage with delivery teams on deal shaping and contractual outcomes with sales and business leadership, including contract drafting support. Build trusted relationships with client counterparts as part of the client‑facing function. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree required. Membership & Certifications Member of World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM) or National Contract Management Association; professional certification considered a plus. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Experience conducting and supervising investigations (compliance‑related, employment, governmental) and drafting confidential reports for senior leadership. In‑depth knowledge of local ethical/compliance risks, employee rights, obligations, and related laws. Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations. Minimum 4 years relevant experience as a contract manager. Ability to collaborate and communicate with client executives at all levels. Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and commercial terms and conditions.
