Provide expert guidance to our customers during pre-sales, project and continuous support. Address and resolve complex support cases. Several years of experience in technical consulting, project management or product implementation. Very good functional knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Product Information Management and AR/AP supporting the order-to-invoice flow. Technical skills (XML message validation, understanding of web services) are necessary, background in software development is beneficial. Strong command of the English language.
