Votre mission Atlantis HR is looking for a Construction Manager – Major Data Centre Projects (F/M) in Madrid for a client, an international design and construction group specialising in complex buildings. Working on design and build projects, your role is to guide the construction step to success. Your main missions are: Leading the construction team to ensure that the project is completed and meets the agreed standards and objectives Being the principal client and subcontractors interlocutor for the works Coordinating the construction work with our on-site engineers and our subcontractors Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure that all works are carried out to high standards, deadlines and budgets. Managing all internal project stakeholders Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning Driving financial and timing aspects of the construction side votre profil As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer you have a minimum of 10 years experience on industrial building construction projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines. Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus
