ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements, contract discussions. /li liGood understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with internal staff and BOS/BOP Contractors. /li liSupervises the quality of services and products provided by external suppliers. /li liSupport in the definition, preparation and control the documentation to be able to start timely a construction of the renewable energy project. /li liTravels to Construction Sites regularly, follows construction progress and provides solutions for construction matters schedule mitigation. /li liSupports Procurement to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliers. /li liSchedules project steps and works to achieve the most efficient, timely and cost-effective construction of BESS plants. /li liEnsures all Permitting parameters are followed during the construction phase. /li liReports project status, recommends solutions and informs about potential risks to the Construction Manager Director. /li liManages and supervises payments approvals and proper documentation preparation to obtain use permit accordingly to project plan. /li liCoordinates information flow between the Company and public institutions e.g.: Municipality, and Public Institutions in project scope and on behalf of SPV. /li liCoordinates internal information flow within Development Team, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE Quality. /li liCAPEX monitoring during construction phase. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEngineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer). /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects (preferably BESS) and/or other Power related field. /li liPMP, Prince2 or other Project Management course is a plus. /li liExperience in working with Auto cad, MS Project, MS Office. /li liOrganisational, teamwork and reporting skills. /li liEnglish professional level 1 additional language is a plus. /li liWillingness to absorb new knowledge and perform under pressure is a must. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
