As our work continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead residential delivery in Perth and play a hands-on role in shaping how our homes — and our teams — are built.
The Role
As Construction Manager, you’ll lead residential projects from site start through to completion, guiding site supervision and working closely with Contract Administrators to deliver strong quality, programme and cost outcomes.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys leading people, values quality over volume, and wants to be part of a business doing things differently.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential construction projects end to end
Provide clear leadership and support to Site Supervisors
Ensure quality, safety, programme and cost targets are achieved
Drive construction programmes and proactively manage site risks
Partner with Contract Administrators on cost control, variations and progress claims
Work closely with Client Coordinators to ensure smooth pre-start to build transitions
Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and regulatory requirements
Resolve site issues efficiently and professionally
Lead by example, reinforcing FORM’s values and culture

About You
You’re an experienced residential construction leader who takes pride in well-built homes and well-supported teams.
You’ll bring:

Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site / Project Manager
Strong residential construction background
Experience managing multiple builds concurrently
A people-first leadership style
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Calm, practical approach to delivery
Proficiency in relevant construction software (Buildertrend experience is a plus)
Experience with modular, off-site or systemised construction is an advantage, but not essential.
