Responsible for software calibration and parameter optimization of the Hybrid Control Unit (HCU) for new energy vehicles, ensuring that performance indicators such as power, efficiency, emissions, and driving comfort meet standards. # Participate in requirements analysis, architecture design, and key module development reviews of the vehicle control system. # Develop and validate control strategies using MBD (Model-Based Design) processes and tools such as Matlab/Simulink. Vehicle Testing and Issue Resolution: # Organize and execute system-level testing (vehicle calibration tests), analyze test data, and optimize control logic. # Troubleshoot technical issues during vehicle debugging and provide engineering support for mass production models. Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related majors; Master’s degree preferred. Over 3 years of experience in the development or calibration of new energy vehicle controllers (HCU/VCU/powertrain domain), familiar with hybrid power configurations and energy management strategies. # Proficient in Matlab/Simulink, INCA, CANoe, etc.; CAN/LIN) and calibration testing methods. Fluent in English (working language); proficiency in German or French or other European languages is preferred. # Clear logical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and effective collaboration skills in cross-cultural teams.
