Primary Responsibilities Include · Anticipate the needs of guests (and colleagues) by acting proactively and responding to all requests from these clients. · Proactively sell the hotel's services and those of our partners. · Handle all guest communications—whether digital, in-person, or by phone—professionally and proactively before, during, and after their stay at our hotel. Requirements What You Bring: · Collaborate in training and instructing new team members or others in the department's tasks. · Always act as an exemplary and proud ambassador of the place and destination where you work, whether with visitors, guests, or colleagues from any department of the hotel. · Continuously seek that 'extra step' that adds the surprise factor for our guests and colleagues.
